She dearly loved being a Nana. She was a mom to so many and a friend to everyone. Reba spent several years at Oil City School, first as a volunteer and then a long-term sub just to be close to her girls. It was there she gained many bonus kids. Reba also served as a first responder for Caddo Parish Fire District #7 for several years alongside her best friend, the other Reba. Reba spent 52 years married to the love of her life, Billy. They enjoyed fishing, hunting and going to the races together. They made a great team and showed their girls what true love means. She also kept Billy lined out when she needed to. Reba never met a stranger and was never at a loss for words. If you didn\'t want the truth, it was best not to ask her opinion. She was easy to talk to and always listened, but you were still going to get her opinion. Reba never let those she loved want for anything. Just ask any of her grandchildren. She loved each of them more than life and she made sure they knew it. Reba worked at Parker Brothers Electric for the past 27 years as a secretary. She loved being able to get up and go to work. A special thank you to the Parkers for allowing her to keep coming in and doing what she loved. Thank you for always loving her as much as she loved all of you. God gave her 71 years with us and she lived them well. John 16:22 \"Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy.\"
