Raymond Pegg

Funeral services for Raymond Pegg will be held Monday, September 20, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at West Lake Baptist Church in Doyline, Louisiana with Pastor Michael Sanders officiating. Interment will follow at West Lake Cemetery with military honors. The family will receive friends at the church Monday at 9:30 a.m. before the service. Raymond was born November 24, 1937, in Ashiville, North Carolina and entered into rest September 16, 2021 in Doyline, Louisiana. Raymond was one of 14 siblings. He was preceded in death by his parents, Creed Carol and Fleta Hyder Pegg. He is survived by his wife Jane Kirkland Pegg; sons, Barry Jefferson Pegg (Becky), Larry Franklin Pegg (Andrea), and James Ray Pegg (Khristina); daughter, Teresa Sharon Pegg Farnam; grandchildren, Sharon, Shaun, James, Craig, Bryan, Melissa, Amy, Clint, Christopher, and Jacob; and 13 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be James Farnam, Craig Pegg, Clint Pegg, Shaun Pegg, Bryan Pegg, Christopher Pegg, and Jacob Pegg.
