Randall "Randy" Lamar Carter

Randall Lamar Carter (Randy), 70, died peacefully Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Claiborne Memorial Medical Center in Homer, LA. Randy was born May 21, 1951 in El Dorado, AR and was residing in Homer, LA. He is preceded in death by his parents, father Ned L. Carter, mother Nell Rose Carter, and sister, Judy Kay Dunn. He is survived by His wife, Sandy Carter, daughter Alison Tujague Andrews (Mike) of Destrehan, LA, sister, Sherry Ann Vicknair of Dallas, TX, grandson, Trey Tujague and granddaughter, Caitlyn Andrews. Niece, Michelle Renee Crozier of Springdale, AR, nephew, Scott Dunn (wife) of Fayetteville, AR, and seven great nieces and nephews! Randy and his wife, Sandy married in September, 2008 in El Dorado, AR. A few years later they moved to Hot Springs Village, AR so Randy could do what he loved, golf. Then retired and moved to Lake Claiborne, LA where Randy could do his second favorite thing, fish! Memorial Services will be held at St. Mark United Methodist Church, located at 2010 W. Hillsboro St., El Dorado, AR on March 19, 2022 at 2pm.
