Polly S Hall

Funeral services for Polly Hines Hall, age 88, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Friendship Baptist Church in Friendship, Louisiana. Officiating will be Bro. Robert Leech. Interment will follow at Friendship Baptist Cemetery. A visitation will be held Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at Friendship Baptist Church. She was born October 16, 1932 in Friendship, Louisiana to DeWitt Hines and Lois Mooney Hines and passed away April 20, 2021 in Minden, Louisiana. Polly was a faithful member of Friendship Baptist Church and loved taking care of the Friendship community. She loved her flower gardens and traveling, she visited every state except Hawaii, and she loved her family most of all. She was very adventurous, zip lining at the age of 81, and parasailing at the age of 86. She is preceded in death by her parents DeWitt and Lois Hines, husband, Malvin Hall, brothers, William "Buddy" Howard Hines, Derwood Hines, Huey Hines and Laurice "Ed" Hines, daughters, Mickie Hewitt and Carla Sneed and great grandson, Jaxson Oran. She is survived by daughters, Johnnie Sue Oran and husband Ron, Cindy Bussey and husband Mike, son, Charles Sneed, sister, Dorothy Killen, brothers, Harry Hines, and Bob Hines and wife Sue, grandchildren, Ron Oran, Jr., Kim Cox, Jeff Oran, Heather Hardiman, Cody Clary, David Hewitt, Abby Hewitt, Carmen Sneed, Charity Lena and Crystal Sneed, 25 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, her beloved cat Mooney and many nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. Honoring Polly as pallbearers will be Ron Oran, Jr., Jeff Oran, David Hewitt, Cody Clary, Scott Killen and Jeffrey Hines. Honorary pallbearers will be Mark Hines, Gary Hines and Bubba Hines.
