Phyllis Owen

Shreveport, LA - Phyllis Ann Owen, age 75, passed away after a lengthy illness on November 10, 2019 at Willis Knighten North Hospital. Mrs. Owen was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Owen; parents, Harold and Annie Johnson. She is survived by her children, Johnny Harkness, Tammy Harkness, Valerie Gray, Tony Harkness; grandson Victor Gray and wife Courtney; great grandchild, Layton Gray. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 14, 2019, at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel, 2500 Southside Drive, Shreveport, LA. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 15, 2019 at the Greenwood Cemetery, 9144 Greenwood Cemetery Rd., Greenwood, Louisiana. Brother Rocky Maddox will be officiating the service.
