Funeral services for Pete W. Talton will be held Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Rubin Weaver and Rev. Greg Lee officiating. Interment will follow at Lane Memorial Cemetery in Sibley, Louisiana. The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. Thursday prior the service. Pete was born March 27, 1968 in Winnfield, Louisiana and entered into rest April 1, 2021 in Mansfield, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry "Tubby" Talton. He is survived by his mother, Nelda Talton; fiancee', Deedee Carpenter; children, Stefan, Morgan, Corey, Alyssa, Laila, Jade, and Taylor; grandchildren, Kaiden, Aceleigh, Willow, and Emery; siblings, Donna and Jerry Cobb, Brenda Harvill, Ronnie "Tiger" Harvill, and Amy Talton, and nieces and nephews, Brian and Kristy Walters (Sadie and Synda), Chris and Ashley Harvill, Nikki Harvill, Jamie and Brooks Walters (Zoe), Jeremy Harvill (Remi), Jessica and Robby Walters (Mason, Kylie, Ryder), Ethan Jeffus and Adlen Jeffus. The family extends a special thanks to Big Foot Energy Services, LLC, co-workers, and friends for all the love and support for Pete and his family at this difficult time.
