Funeral services for Butch Michael will be held Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Bishop Drew Rousse and Rev. Todd Hennigan officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at Rose-Neath Funeral Home prior to the service. Butch was born February 1, 1948, in Minden, Louisiana and entered into rest November 19, 2021, in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony (Anice) and Johanna Michael and nephew, Benjamin Michael. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Michael of Minden; sons, Anthony Justin Michael (Renate) of Shreveport, Todd Hennigan (Jo Anne) of Minden, Tim Hennigan of Missouri, and Tracy Hennigan of Minden; daughter, Angela Michael Dison (Chris) of Bossier City; sisters, Debbie Michael Haynes (Joe) of Minden and Tammy Michael Bloxom (Mark) of Shreveport; brother, Gregory Paul Michael (Sylvia) of Bossier City; and grandchildren, Landrie Michael, Zac Michael, Peyton Wilhite, Meaghan Hennigan, and special grandson, Jax Olivia.
