Patricia Lynch Tyler, 67, of Mansfield, La. went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 05, 2022, from an unexpected battle with Cancer.
Patty was born on February 06, 1955. She graduated from Mansfield High School and then immediately began her career as a teller at Mansfield Bank and Trust (now known as Community Bank of La.) where she worked for 47 years. Patty retired as Vice President in 2022. Anyone who knew Patty, knew that she was funny, kind, loving, and an honest lady. She loved the Lord and had an immense love for her family, friends, and community. Her dog Jake was her constant companion.
Patty's family and friends will miss her more than words can say. She was a marvelous sister, aunt, friend, and community leader. She is preceded in death by her parents M.D. Lynch Jr. and Rachel Busher Lynch and her brother James D. Lynch (Jim). Left to cherish her memory are her children Bradley Mark Tyler, wife Anya, and Kassi Lynn Tyler and wife Amber. Grandchildren Brayden Tyler, Landry Tyler, Jase Huestis, and Marlee Thompson. Sister, Deloris Ann Shaw (Sis) and husband Toby. Brothers, Larry W Lynch and wife Adenah. Randy J. Lynch and wife Lydia. A host of nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.
The family would like to thank Bubba and Linda Locke and Christine Gillyard for all of the love and kindness shown to Patty over the years. Thank you to her family at Community Bank of Louisiana. They would also like to thank nieces Michelle Burr and Stephanie Locke for their love, devotion, and assistance during her time of need. You all are greatly appreciated and loved.
Pallbearers will be: Bruce Brewer, Dale Burr, Kenneth Dennis, Gary Hobbs, Ron Jackson, Chris Locke, John D. (Bubba) Locke, and Lester Simpson.
Visitation will be held at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield La. from 5 pm -8 pm on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.
The Funeral will be held at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield La. at 10:00 am on Thursday, September 8, 2022. Burial will be held at First Community Church of Mansfield immediately following.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that contributions be made to First Community Church of Mansfield or the Desoto Parish Animal Shelter.
