Our mother Patricia Ann Smart was born January 2, 1946, to Oretha and Lawrence Fornea. Her journey ended August 6, 2023, surrounded by Robert, Shannon, Landon, and best friend of 50 years, Shirley Asbrock.
The family would like to thank Vivian Healthcare for taking care of our mom and loving her.
A memorial will be held at a later date and the family will inform their loved ones.
