Pamela Diane Hamm

Funeral services for Pamela Diane Hamm, 62, will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025 at 12:30 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery, 4000 Meriwether Rd. in Shreveport. A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. 

Pam was born October 31, 1963, and passed away on Friday, November 28, 2025, in Stonewall, Louisiana, surrounded by the love of her family.

Pam lived her life with a gentle strength, a free and generous spirit, and a heart that never stopped giving. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother — roles she cherished above all else. Her love for her family was constant, steady, and unconditional.

A hardworking woman all her life, Pam poured care and intention into everything she touched. She had an extraordinary gift for interior decorating, able to turn any room into something warm, personal, and welcoming. Along with her creative talent, she was known as one of the South’s best cooks — the kind of cook whose meals brought people together, filled homes with comfort, and created memories that will be treasured forever.

Pam is survived by her children: her son Leslie, and her daughters Chelsie and Ashley. She was a loving grandmother to Gabriel, Nevaeh, Drelyn, Brayden, Noah, Jaxton, Leslie Lynn, Tru, and Everly. She was also a proud great-grandmother to her growing line of little ones who adored her and brought her so much joy.

Pam is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Larry, and her mother, whom she missed deeply. With peaceful rest, she has now gone to heaven to be reunited with them — a reunion she carried in her heart throughout her life.

Pam’s caring spirit, her generosity, her creativity, and the love she poured into her family will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew her.
