Graveside services for Nellie Lunsford Hinton Martin will be held Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Brian Mercer officiating. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Nellie was born July 24, 1932 in Minden, Louisiana and entered into rest June 22, 2019 in Minden, Louisiana.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kinsey Martin, sisters, Hazel Lunsford, Callie Mae Campbell, Daisy Emma Cummings, Douglas Louise Warren, and Mary Leon Shroder, and brothers, Pete Lunsford and Winford "Wimpy" Lunsford.
She is survived by her son Durwood Lamar Hinton of Houston, Texas, grandchildren, Derrick and Kyle Hinton, seven great-grandchildren, sister, Helen Painter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
