SHREVEPORT, LA- Funeral services for MSGT Lee Ed Baker (retired), 82, will be held at 12 noon Friday June 13, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Brother Bill Green will officiate. Interment will follow in the Northwest LA Veterans Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, June 12, 2014 at the funeral home. Ed was born on February 14, 1932 in Kansas City, KS to Levi and Amy Baker and passed away on June 10, 2014 in Shreveport. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army retiring after 22 years of service. He was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Phyllis Baker; daughters, Valerie Willis and husband, James and Frankie McGraw and husband, Ricky; grandchildren, Eddie McGraw, Candice Kotter, Chris Willis, Casey Willis and Cody Willis; several great-grandchildren; siblings, Max Baker, Allen Baker, and Helen Bradley. Pallbearers will be Ricky McGraw, James Willis, Jr., Chris Willis, Casey Willis, Cody Willis and Eddie McGraw. Rose-Neath Southside 2500 Southside Drive 318-687-1256
