Michael David Pappa, Jr.

Graveside service honoring the life of Mr. Michael David Pappa, Jr. will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Arcadia Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Arcadia.

David was born on August 16, 1973, in Shreveport, Louisiana to Michael David Pappa, Sr. and Shirley Spooner Belk. He passed away on September 2, 2025, in Shreveport, Louisiana, with his loving wife by his side. David enjoyed hunting, cooking, collecting things such as guns and silver, watching movies, and being with his family. David was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

David is preceded in death by his grandmothers Estelle Spooner and Patricia Galloway, grandfather Robert Spooner, father Michael David Pappa, Sr., and by daughter Jade Elizabeth Pappa.

Left to cherish his memories is his grandfather Johnny Pappa, mother Shirley Belk, wife Brooke Patrick, children Kaitlyn Pappa, Anna Pappa, Caleb Pappa, and Kylie Pappa, granddaughter Emory, 1 grandson on the way, step children Maranda Powell, Skyler Powell, and Logan Powell, siblings Marc Pappa, Christina Long, and Lora Cody, uncle Charles Spooner, aunts Kit Bridges and Lori Burks, brother-in-law Mike Patrick, and by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
