Melanie "Nicki" Babish

A visitation will be held Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mansfield, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, Louisiana. Mass will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Father Mark Franklin officiating.

Melanie was born March 9, 1971, in Fort Wolters, Texas and entered into rest September 9, 2022, in Minden, Louisiana after a lengthy illness. Nicki had a big heart. She loved pets, helping others, and making people laugh. She was a loving daughter, sister, and aunt.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bruce Babish.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Linda and Steve Adcock; sisters, Heather Adcock and Melinda Solomon and husband Greg; and niece, Arielle Gathright.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or St. Joseph Catholic Church.
