Funeral services for Mary L. Stubbs will be held Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Leland Crawford officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Minden. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Mary was born September 25, 1928 in Clexico, California and entered into rest October 31, 2017 in Minden, Louisiana. She worked for West Bros. in Minden for thirty-five years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack L. Stubbs and son-in-law, Buddy Cannon.
She is survived by her son, Charles Stubbs and wife Lyn of Minden, daughter, Jackie Cannon of Atlanta, Texas, sister Loretta Cowan and brother, Joe Vaughn both of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, grandchildren, Jennifer Guthrie, Burt Cannon, Karen Church and husband John, and Natalie Stubbs and fiancé Tim Finn, grandson-in-law, Mike Guthrie and seven great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bill Crisler, Burt Cannon, Robert McKillups, Mike Guthrie, and Owen Guthrie.
