Mary Ann Liles

Visitation for Mary Ann Liles, 79, will be held at 9:00 a.m. Monday, May 20, 2019 followed by the funeral service at 10:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath South Funeral Home with Rev. Cole Melton officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Park East in Shreveport, LA. Mary Ann was born October 18, 1939 in Mt. Holly, Arkansas and earned her wings on May 17, 2019. She worked at the Highland Clinic as a bookkeeper for 35 years. She enjoyed working at the Clinic and with all the doctors, nurses and Clinic staff. In fact, she considered most of them her special friends. Mary Ann enjoyed visiting with family and friends. Watching her grand kids grow up was such a joy for her; and she has thoroughly enjoyed her wonderful great grandchildren. Mary Ann loved taking her grandchildren and friends out to eat. This was always such a delightful time for her. As everyone knows, Mary Ann loved shopping at the Dollar Stores and ordering from all her different catalogs; she bought every gadget known to man. Mary Ann was very generous to her various charities. She knew that God had blessed her, so she tried to do the same to all who were in need. Mary Ann will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents, George and Clyde McDonald; her beloved husband, Roland Liles; and her sister, Jean Martling. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Teresa Tucker, Renae Leone and husband Frank, Cyndy Kosemund and husband Brad; her grandchildren Kim Young, Franky Leone, Wade Leone and wife Holly, Kami Mondello and husband Mickey, Joe Leone and wife Megan, Lance Leone, Mark Kosemund and wife Erica, Matthew Kosemund and wife Laura, Chris Kosemund and wife Holly; her great-grandchildren and her nephews. Mary Ann will be greatly missed by all that knew her. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mary's House Pregnancy Center, 906 Margaret Place, Shreveport, LA 71101.
