Mary Virginia (Ginger) Law

BOSSIER CITY, LA - A Memorial Service celebrating the life of Mary Virginia "Ginger" Law, 78, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 13, 2018, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 1815 Marshall Street, Shreveport, LA, with Rev. Ken Richmond from The Church of the Cross, Haughton, LA officiating. Ginger was born January 11, 1940, at Barksdale Airforce Base in Bossier City, LA to Mary Theda Curry Bills and Charles Edmond Bills and passed away July 10, 2018, in Bossier City, LA. Ginger was from Doyline, La and was a longtime resident of Bossier City, LA. She was loved and cared for by many loved ones and friends through her church family in Shreveport and Bossier City. Ginger was a generous friend with a quick wit, a wonderful sense of humor and a ready laugh for any and all she met. She had a lifelong love of crafting and rearranging her furniture often. Ginger will be missed by many folks who cared for her deeply. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Kim Grefe of Shreveport, LA; sons, Charles Law of Shreveport, LA and Thomas Law and wife Michelle May-Law of Irving, TX. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123, in memory of Mary Virginia "Ginger" Law.
