Mary Alice was born December 22, 1926 in Nacogdoches, Texas to George and Lena Michell, she passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019 in Coushatta after a long battle with Alzheimer's. After marrying, James Harold French Sr., Mary Alice and James had 3 wonderful children and was a homemaker. She made sure she was always involved in her children's or grandchildren's lives, never missing a ballgame, school events, or church. She had a heart of gold. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lena Michell, Husband, James French, Sr., Daughter, Donna French; Sister, Josephine Renfro; Brothers, Johnnie Michell, James Michell, and Tom Travis Michell. Left to cherish her memory is her Sister, Lois Molanders; Children, Barbara Griffin, James and wife Sharon French; 15 Grandchildren; 21 Great Grandchildren; 14 Great Great Grandchildren. Honorary Pallbearers are Brandon French, Dallas French, James Hunter French, Joe Gaugler III, Ricky Narvaez, Jimmy Narvaez.
