The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Dwayne was born December 25, 1959 in Minden, Louisiana and entered into rest October 9, 2018 in Minden, Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Culverhouse.
He is survived by his father; Elvis Ray Culverhouse and wife Irma of Minden, sons; Jeremy Ray Culverhouse and wife Brittany of TN, Matthew Payne Culverhouse of Minden, and Britten Culverhouse and wife Bailey of Minden, daughter; Taryn Grubb and husband Brandon of TN, sister; Denise Cloud and husband Sean of TN, nine grandchildren, and number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
