Funeral services for Martha Yocom Durrett will be held Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at City On A Hill Pentecostal Church in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Jimbo Yocom and Rev. Keith Adcock officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden. The family will receive friends 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the church prior service time. Martha was born September 22, 1928 in Camden, Arkansas and entered into rest March 5, 2021 in Minden, Louisiana with her daughter and son-in-law by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents, W.E. and Gladys Yocom; husband, Louis D. Durrett; son, Billy Dean Durrett; brothers, Clarence and Thomas Yocom, and her little buddy, Zoe. She is survived by her daughter, Darlene Durrett Tarver and husband Garland; nephew, Jimmy Yocom; grandchildren, Brandi Bailes and Dusty Durrett, great-grandchildren, Britton, Nate, Sage, and Wynter Bailes, and numerous relatives and friends. The family extends thanks to special friend and family caregiver, Becky Holliday and other caregivers, Debbie Hudson, Jean Smith, Renee Cross, and Mary Cummings.
