Margaret Elaine Cason

Funeral services for Margaret Elaine Cason (Elaine), 81, will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery, 8801 Mansfield Rd. in Shreveport. A visitation will be held Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 11:30 a.m. to time of service at the funeral home. Officiating the service will be brother David Radford.

Elaine was born on November 13, 1941 to John and Margaret Phillips in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023 in Lynn Haven, Florida.

Elaine is preceded in death by her parents; and grandson, Steven Rolland. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Paula Hall; son, Philip Rolland; grandchildren, Heather Kelleher (Evan Kelleher), Jonathan Rolland, Michael Rolland and Nicholas Rolland; great-grandchildren, Jaxson, Jaydon, Jasper, Ezra, and Genesis. She is also survived by Christy Rolland, Brad Hall and Dana Rolland, all of whom she loved very much!!!

Our family gives all Glory to God for sending all the right people at all the right times – the doctors, nurses, Hospice Team and the CNA that was sent to take care of our Mom/Granny. They all showed so much love and affection, not only to her but to her daughter that took such great care of her until the end when help became needed. Our family also gives all Glory to God for bringing us all together for one last Christmas with Granny ~ it was the most special time of our lives to spend so much time with Mom/Granny and to cover her with so much love ~ we are eternally grateful!
