Madolyn Christeen "Cricket" Abraham

Madolyn Christeen “Cricket” Abraham, 90 of Minden was born on April 5, 1934, in Simpson, Louisiana and went to her heavenly home on August 12, 2025, in Minden, Louisiana. She was an educator and taught at Butler Elementary in Bossier and after retirement she taught at Glenbrook in Minden, Louisiana. Madolyn is affectionately known to family and friends as “Cricket”.

She was preceded in death by her father, Andrew Bryan, mother, Maggie Blackwell, husband Isaac Abraham and son, Russell Abraham.

She is survived by her son Robert Abraham and wife Debbie of Bossier City, daughters Ramona Morris and husband Robert of Oregon and Rose Abraham of Minden, granddaughter, Jessica Morris, great granddaughter, Jessa Grace Morris, and sister, Jeanie Brawley.

“She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her”.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
