Lucas was born on October 27, 1986 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Shelly Procell LeBlanc and grandparents, Bruce and Patsy Procell and passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023 in Shreveport.

Lucas was a resident of Stonewall and an angel on earth. He had a passion for music and dancing in his own special way, proving that he was a Procell through and through. He deeply loved his family and his caregivers, Delores, Lulu and Betty, and a multitude of friends. Although he had many health challenges, he lived a full and happy life. Lucas defied all odds when he surpassed doctor’s expectations proving love, patience and faith in God makes all things possible. Among many accomplishments in his life, he attended his Senior Prom, graduated from North DeSoto High School, and became a Knight of Columbus member of Marian Council #3779. Lucas had a smile that was contagious and would light up a room!

Lucas is preceded in death by his grandfather, Bruce Procell; and his father, Wayne LeBlanc. Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Shelly Procell LeBlanc; grandmother, Patsy Procell; uncles, Glenn, Woodie, and Chris (the original one) Procell; and numerous other family members.

Honoring Lucas as pallbearers will be Glenn, Woodie, Chris Procell, Beau Bordelon, Nick Putch, and Christopher Procell. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Howard Ebarb, Ken Kaffka, Johnny Mouser, Randy Stewart, Tommy Myers, and the Knights of Columbus Marian Council #3779.
