Funeral services celebrating the life of Mrs. Louvie Richardson will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at First Baptist Church in Converse, Louisiana with Bro. Weyland Gauntt and Bro. Brian Rankin officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Converse, Louisiana. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 943 Polk Street, Mansfield, Louisiana.

Louvie was born May 9, 1928, in Converse, Louisiana to Otto and Willie Ryals Craig and passed away peacefully Sunday, February 5, 2023.

Preceding her in death are her husband, Donald Glen Richardson; her parents, Otto and Willie Ryals Craig; sisters, Sylvia Johnson, Grace Webster, Louise Moody, Lizzie Young, and Gladys Hinkie; and brothers, Lemain Craig and Luke Craig.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Ronny Richardson and his wife, Linda, Danny Richardson and his wife, Sally, Billy Richardson and his wife, Donna, and Craig Richardson and his wife Melissa; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and special friends, Annis Snelling, and Anne Odom.

Honoring Louvie as pallbearers will be Kevin Richardson, Blake Richardson, Kyle Richardson, Paul Richardson, Ben Richardson, Tyler Richardson, Allan Procell, Kyle Salley, and Zack Richardson. Honorary pallbearers will be Mason Procell, Andrew Richardson, Jaxon Clark, and Jaden Clark.
