Lloyd Wayne Bordelon, Sr.

A memorial service for Lloyd Wayne Bordelon, Sr. will be held Saturday, October 14, 2023, beginning at 4:00 p.m. at the Effie Volunteer Fire Department located at 3369 Hwy 107, Effie, Louisiana, 71331.

Lloyd Wayne Bordelon, Sr., of Center Point, Louisiana, passed away on September 28, 2023. He was born in Pineville, Louisiana, on August 31, 1966, to Camille Joseph Sayer, Jr. and Juanita Mae Juneau-Bordelon.

Mr. Lloyd was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carol and Annie Bordelon and parents, Camille Sayer, Jr., and Juanita Mae Bordelon-Juneau.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Brandi Miller Bordelon of Effie; son, Lloyd Bordelon, Jr. (Crystal) of Effie; daughters Gracie Bordelon (Jared) and Amanda Bordelon (Bobby) of Effie; sister, Mary “Sissy” Bardwell of Effie; brothers, Jackie, and Jimmy Jackson both of Effie as well as seven grandchildren: Noah Mayeaux, Lily Bordelon, Dillan Mayeaux, and Cameron Bordelon, Ty Mayeaux, Bella Bordelon, and Sadie Mayeaux, all of Effie, Louisiana.

Lloyd was a mechanic for over thirty years and owner of Lloyd’s Garage, he was also a great carpenter.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking and spending time with his family and friends. He will be truly missed by all.
