Funeral services for Linda Pearl Lewis Lee, 69, will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery, 4000 Meriwether Rd., in Shreveport. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Officiating the service will be Pastor Rabo. Linda was born on February 17, 1952 to Robert H. Lewis and Nadine M. Wilson Lewis in Oregon, Missouri and passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Linda was an accountant by trade. She loved working with numbers! She loved working with flowers to create beautiful masterpieces. Her wreaths and centerpieces were one-of-a-kind! She was an amazing seamstress. She loved making bears from the clothing of people's loved ones. She put her heart into each bear, and it was apparent. Each memory bear had its own personality. Linda is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Harold Lewis, Henry Lewis, Robert D. Lewis and Rueben (JR) Kellems; sisters, Rita L. Studeny and Wanda Steele; husband, Roy C. Lee; stepdaughter, Peggy McCain. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Michelle M. Atkinson and husband, Nathan; stepdaughter, Linda Giddens and husband, Lee Roy, and Sandra Ketchum; sisters, Julia Lewis, Dollie Middleton and Bessie Himes; brothers, Jack Lewis and Fred Lewis; grandchildren, Jada, Andrew, Tyson, Zachary, Scarlet, Roy, Darrell, Angela, Amber, Candace and Louis; many nieces and nephews. Honoring Linda as pallbearers will be Roy Giddens, Jeff Impson, Kyle Counts, Louis Ketchum, Tyson Atkinson, Zachary Atkinson and Andrew Theriot. Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Nathan Atkinson. The family would like to express special thanks to the ER and ICU staff at Willis-Knighton Pierremont.
