Linda Bell Folmar

A Graveside Service for Linda Bell Folmar, 94, will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Park West Cemetery, 4000 Meriwether Rd., Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Rev. Andrew Brewster.

Linda was born March 1, 1931, in Provencal, Louisiana to Ernest and Rachel Bell and passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, in Shreveport. She was a Baptist.

Linda was a resident of Shreveport. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband of 63 years, Carlton Hughes Folmar. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Carlton Lynn Folmar and wife, Bonnie; daughter, Renee Folmar Thibodeaux; granddaughter, Heather Folmar Hensley and husband, Aaron; grandson, Jarred Thibodeaux and wife, Ashley; great-grandchildren, Austin Hensley, Hannah Hensley, Jaxon Thibodeaux, and Ava Thibodeaux.
