Lillie was born June 11, 1933 in Center, Texas to Elvin Roy and Clara Mae Bridges. She obtained her business degree at Elliott Business College. Lillie loved her sports. Her favorite team to watch was the Dallas Cowboys. Lillie was not just a spectator but was very active in different sports. Bowling was her passion, and she bowled in several different leagues. During her league career, she bowled a 600 series at one of her games. Lillie had several different occupations but her favorite job was when she was a personal caregiver. Taking care of people was very special to her. She was often approached by families asking for her help caring for their loved ones, knowing that Lillie would give the same special loving attention she gave to everyone she looked after. Her church was also an important part of her life. She attended regularly and sang in the choir. She was well known as "Lil", except for her nieces and nephews that lovingly referred to her as "Nanny".
Lillie is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Delma Hargrove and brothers, Elvin, David and Alfred Bridges. She is survived by her brother, Roy L. Bridges along with several nieces and nephews.
Honoring Lillie as pallbearers will be Chris Montalbano, Scott Wall, Joe Kile, Tyler Martinez, Austin Martinez and Josh Lewis. Honorary pallbearers will be Louis Hesterly and Pat Hesterly.
