Lewis (Buddy) Howard

Funeral services for Lewis "Buddy" Allen Howard, Jr., 62, will be 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 27, 2017 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel in Shreveport, LA. Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Rose-Neath Southside Funeral Home. Officiating will be Reverend Steve Nelson. Interment will follow at Forest Park West in Shreveport, LA. Buddy was born on October 27, 1955 to Sarah and Lewis Howard in Converse, LA and went to be with his Lord and Savior on November 21, 2017. He worked for more than 20 years as a Welder a Fry Master Inc. Buddy was a member of Hope Community Church of God for the last 5 years. Everyone will miss hearing his words of wisdom and tokens of advice as he never met a stranger. Buddy was preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memories are his beloved wife of 38 years, Rhonda Howard; sons, Courtney Howard and fiancé Crystal Davis, Patrick Howard and fiancé Ena Lovric; sisters, Betty Smith and husband Paul, Nancy Menhennett and husband Steve; brother in law, Steve Green; sister in law, Sandra Dees and husband Bill and numerous family members and friends.
