Minden, LA A memorial service celebrating the life of Leslie Joe Foster will be held Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Chad Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday. Joe was born June 15, 1941 in Bivins, Texas and entered into rest June 23, 2019 in Minden Louisiana. Joe was a Minister of the Gospel for most of his adult life and never passed up the opportunity to tell someone about the Lord. He was owner of Joe's Locksmith in MInden. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Roat Foster, Howard Foster, and L.H. Foster, and sisters, Josephine Mitchell, Linda Hunt, and Myrtle Stevens. He is survived by his wife Sherran Foster of Minden, stepson, Greg Hunt of Minden, stepdaughters, Beebee Johnston of Minden, Ceecee Ward of Haughton, and Sherri Jean Smith of Shreveport, sisters, Kathryn Wall of Linden, Texas and Reathie Mae Joyce of Jefferson, Texas, and a number of nieces and nephews.
