Leonard Allen Smith

Memorial services honoring the life of Leonard Allen Smith will be held on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Carmel Baptist Church, 2127 Smithport Lake Road (Carmel) in Mansfield, Louisiana at 4:00 p.m. with Bro. Russell Lafleur and Bro. Chucky Clark officiating. Leonard was born on September 14, 1940 in Converse, Louisiana to Eugene Lloyd and Annie Moore Smith. He entered into rest on October 18, 2019 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Lloyd Wesley Smith; brothers, R.W. Smith, Huey Smith and Eddie Smith and his sisters, Jean Cramer and Mattie Allen. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Patricia Smith of Mansfield, LA; daughter, Sharon Farris & husband Eddie of Mansfield, LA; brothers, Ray Smith of Converse, LA and Roy Smith & wife Connie of Converse, LA; sister, Joy Straus & husband Chester of Logansport, LA; grandchildren, Robbie Simmons & wife Wendy of Coushatta, LA, Jacob Farris & Oreatta Harvey of Castor, LA and Lindsaye Farris of Mansfield, LA; great-grandchildren, Trey Simmons, Jeffrey Harvey, Izabella Harvey, Adleigh Farris, Jake Farris and Bryson Burton.
