Leo Windham III

Services honoring the life of Leo "Rowdy" Windham III, 56, will be held Friday , October 8, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 943 Polk St., Mansfield Louisiana. A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Officiating the service will be Reverend Toby Shaw. Leo was born on May 13, 1965 to Donna Windham Patterson and Leo Windham Jr. in Shreveport, Louisiana and entered into rest Thursday, September 30, 2021 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Leo was a resident of Grand Cane, Louisiana and worked as the Superintendent of the Department of Transportation for many years. A family man, Leo enjoyed spending time with his loving wife, kids, and grandkids. He enjoyed watching football and was a proud Dallas Cowboys fan. When he could, Leo would go on cruises, as he loved to spend his vacations on the water. Wherever he went, joy and happiness were sure to follow. Leo was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother; wife of 38 years, Terry Brewer Windham; son, Shawn Brewer; daughters, Sonya Gamble, Delilah Brewer and Nick Shoalmire, Mary Windham, and Lorena Windham Thomas and husband, Arthur; sisters, Janette Juneau and Annette Pellinen and husband, Kyle; his brother, Rocky Windham; 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
