Latonya Morrow Sibley

Funeral services for Latonya Morrow Sibley, 52, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel with Bro. Leland Crawford officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery in Shreveport, LA. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at the funeral home. Latonya was born February 16, 1967 in Minden, LA and went to be with the Lord on September 14, 2019. She enjoyed her job as a dental assistant and working for Dr. Richard Campbell. She won Mrs. Louisiana International in 2003. She went on numerous mission trips to the Dominican Republic. She loved traveling, working in her yard, and spending time with her family and furbabies. Latonya was preceded in death by her husband of 15 years, Robert C. Sibley, Jr., and parents, William Hermon and Alice Nell Morrow. Left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Chaquita M. Burge and husband Thomas and Pearl M. Welch; twin brother, Patony Morrow and wife Pam; nieces, Jacquelyn B. Miller and husband Lyle, Callie Welch, Meloney Welch, and Ginny Hooper and husband Brandon; and two great-nephews and two great-nieces, Jason, Brian, Mackenzie, and Lyla Grace. Honoring Latonya as pallbearers will be Clyde Morrow, Jr., Ronnie Mouser, Brandon Hooper, Jason Barton, Brian Foster, and Dwayne Brown. Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Dr. Richard Campbell. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your local humane society or to Carley's Angels, 1314 E. Kings Hwy, Shreveport, LA 71105.
