Kimberly "Kim" Morgan-Buckman

A funeral service for Kimberly "Kim" Dawn Morgan-Buckman will be held at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Bossier City, Louisiana on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. until time of service. Kimberly will be laid to rest at Point Chapel Cemetery in Doyline, Louisiana close to her grandmother. Reverend Leonard Lindsey will be officiating the services. Kim, age 55, went to be with the Lord on January 25, 2022. She was born on March 17, 1966 in Shreveport, Louisiana, and was a resident of Bossier City, Louisiana for the majority of her life. She was a gracious mother of three and a loving grandmother ("Kim-maw") of seven. Her family prays for unity at this time as they come together to remember her spectacular ability to be the life of any party, the representation of love in her home cooking and her gift of never letting go of anything sentimental. Memorabilia of sentimental value is what she kept close to her all of her life, just as her family will hold on to the memory of her for the remainder of theirs. Kim was a master of board games, cards, and trivia, and she knew how to rock all the glamour. In the years to come, help her loved ones keep her memory alive by celebrating a little extra during Mardi Gras, finding treasures in thrifting, and rocking the 80\'s like it never went away. Kimberly is proceeded in death by her father, Donnie Morgan and her husband, Duane Buckman. She is survived by her sons, Christopher Davis and wife, Jennifer and Anthony Dane Buckman; daughter, Jessica Buckman; mother, Sue Norris Brannan, and husband Michael; sister, Teal Coldwell and husband, Jimmie; brother, Kenneth Morgan and wife, Teresa; and grandchildren, Alora, Brennlie, Aiden, Charlee Mae, Cayson, Isaiah, and Phoenix. Honoring Kim as pallbearers will be Christopher Davis, Anthony Dane Buckman, David "DJ" Ginn, Joey Watson, Jimmie Coldwell, and Matthew Coldwell. Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Trey Feazel.
