Celebration of life and going home memorial service for Kevin Ray Kellogg, 49, will be Sunday, January 24, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. The service will be held at the Grand Bayou Lake pavilion in Coushatta, Louisiana Kevin was born October 29, 1971 in Bossier City, LA to Billy Roy and Rachel Marcella Rambin Kellogg and went home to be with his Lord and Savior on January 20, 2021 in Coushatta, LA. During his lifetime, he enjoyed building things and spending time with family. Preceding him in death were his parents; brother, Billy Roy Kellogg, Jr.; and his second wife, Stephanie Williams. Left to cherish his memory are wife, Penny Kellogg; sons, Alexander Kellogg & wife Mackenzie Kellogg, Kevin Kellogg, II and step-son, Dustin Crocker; daughters, Danielle Williams-Rymer and step-daughter, Angela Crocker; sisters, Bridgett K. McMellon and Katherine Kellogg; brother, Kenneth Kellogg; three grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
