Kerry Alfred Adams

Graveside services for Kerry Alfred Adams, 64, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Line Creek Cemetery in Ida, Louisiana. Officiating will be Mike Adams. Visitation with the family will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 17, 2017 at Rose-Neath Southside Funeral Home located at 2500 Southside dr. Shreveport, LA. Kerry was born on April 4, 1953 in Shreveport, LA to Alice Helen Smith (Adams) Evans and George Carrie Adams, Jr. and went to be with his Lord and Savior on November 13, 2017. He loved his job at Delta Airlines and retired after 35 years. Kerry proudly served Kaufman County Sheriff's Department for an additional 7 years in the Corrections Unit. Kerry was preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Linda Kaye Adams (Rentz); sons, Kerry Sean Adams, Byron Keith Weido and Rory Kevin Weido; grandchildren, Trevor Sean Adams, Haden Jeffrey Adams, Cory Ryan Weido, and Kimberly Leann Weido; sister, Helen Jean (Jeannie) Adams Doucette and brother, George Michael (Mike) Adams and wife Diane and numerous nieces and nephews. Honoring Kerry as pallbearers will be Christopher Michael Adams, John Michael Adams, Mike Adams, Robert Joseph (Bo) Smith, Kerry Sean Adams, Helen Jean (Jeannie) Adams Doucette, Trevor Sean Adams and Haden Jeffrey Adams.
