Kathryn Crippin

A private Memorial Service for Kathryn "Kathie" Crippin, 55, will be held at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Kathie was born June 3, 1966 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Fredrick Lindy and Ruby McLendon and passed away Monday, December 13, 2021 in Bossier City, Louisiana. The light of a funny, kind-hearted spirit was taken from our lives. Kathie was outspoken but would do for anyone even while struggling with her challenges. She wanted to adopt every animal she saw and play with every child she came across. She always played her music too loud. Now she can play her music with the volume all the way up. Kathie is now at peace; she will be deeply missed. Kathie is preceded in death by her mother and husband, Michael Crippin. She is survived by her daughter, Nikki Rankin; father, Fredrick Lindy; sister, Holly Alexander and many others who will miss her.
