Karl J. Washington

Visitation for Karl J. Washington will be Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 12 noon at Rose Neath Funeral Home with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Joey Ketchum officiating. Interment will follow at Gilgal Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana.

Karl was born April 30, 1948, in Borger, Texas and went to be with the Lord on April 12, 2025, in Minden, Louisiana. Karl served his country in the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Mary Washington, daughter, Kimberly Renea Washington, sister, Bobby Jean Alaniz, and brother, William Earl Washington.

He is survived by his wife Wanda Washington; son, Bill Monroe Washington and wife Tammy; daughter, Angela Finley; sisters Betty Pearson and Shirley Turner; brother, David Washington, and grandchildren, Lani Guice, Paige Gathright, and Jennifer Washington.

Pallbearers will be Bill Washington, Ed Summerall, Jeremy Evans, Bryan Guice, Les Williams, Kenneth Keen, and Paul LaPort.
