Karen A Ezernack

Funeral services for Karen A. Johnston Ezernack , 53, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel with Pastor Randy officiating. Burial will follow at Old Pisgah Cemetery in Belmont, LA. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Saturday, October 26, 2019 at the funeral home. Karen was born October 16, 1965 in Shreveport, LA and went to be with the Lord on October 15, 2019. Karen was raised in Marthaville, LA. by her parents Dave and Melba Johnston. She was raised in a big family of brothers and sisters. She attended Marthaville High School where she spent most of her time on the softball field. She went on to have her 4 wonderful children. Then moving to Keithville and soon there after meeting the love of her life, Larry "Manny" Ezernack. She enjoyed going to work every morning at Chevron in Keithville. She loved spending time with all her grandchildren and taking them to new places. Karen was preceded in death by her parents Dave Johnston and Melba Johnston; Siblings Dave Johnston, Jr., Jerry Bufkin, Ricky Bufkin; and Grandson Kevin Ezernack, Jr. Left to cherish her memory are Krystal York, John David York and wife Brandi, Joseph York and wife Ashley, Thomas York and wife Trinity; 25 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grand with one more on the way. Siblings Jeanne Davis and husband Robert, Patty Bufkin, Jerry Bufkin and wife Debbie, Ricky Bufkin and wife Mary. Pallbearers John David York, Thomas York, Joshua York, Joseph York, Jessie Ezernack, and Brendon York. Honorary Pallbearers Anthony Ezernack, Cayden Ezernack, Thomas Reed, and Eastyn Reed.
