Mrs. Judy Sepulvado Salter, 72, of Natchitoches, Louisiana, entered a glorious mansion in Heaven on August 16, 2021.
A visitation with the family will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at Antioch Baptist Church in Florien, Louisiana. Funeral services honoring her life will follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday at the church. Officiating the service will be Bro. Wayne Chance. Interment will be held at Antioch Cemetery in Florien, Louisiana.
Judy was born on April 9, 1949, in Converse, Louisiana to Hosea and Lorena Sepulvado. Judy was an avid Elvis Presley fan whom she got to see twice in concert. She passed away on the anniversary of Elvis' death.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Hosea and Lorena Leone Sepulvado; husband, Edwin Grady Salter; and brother, Hosea Eugene Sepulvado. Judy is survived by her son, Waylon Salter and wife Valerie of Florien, LA; daughter, Heather Dromm and husband Keith of Natchitoches, LA; sisters, Pawnee Sepulvado and husband Douglas of Keithville, LA, Shawnee Roberson of Baton Rouge, LA, and Carolyn Sonnier and husband Raymond of Zwolle, LA; brother, Carroll Sepulvado of Zwolle, LA; grandchildren, Laureana Bailey, and Brennan Dromm; great-grandchild, Roman Ivey; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other family members.
Honoring Judy as pallbearers will be Ray Sonnier, Wade Sonnier, Jason Beck, Carroll Sepulvado, Don Cummins, and Keith Dromm.
