Judy was born on December 5, 1945 in Springfield, Missouri to Claude Bacon Heel and Anna Margaret Heel and passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2022 in Geismar, Louisiana. Judy graduated from Woodlawn High School. Shortly thereafter she met the love of her life, David, while she was out one afternoon with her lifelong friend Sherry. They married on June 7, 1965 and went on to be married for 47 years. They moved into a home and started their family while both working at Western Electric. After retiring from Western Electric, they went on to open a successful business that they both took great pride in, Accu-Tech Mold and Die. Judy and David eventually moved into their dream home on Cross Lake, where they made amazing memories with family and friends. Judy was an avid collector of \"Coke\" and \"Elvis\" memorabilia and, arguably, was Elvis\' biggest fan. She was very talented and skilled at embroidery. She loved her cats and her dog, \"Buddy.\" She also loved Christmas. Judy is preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Nancy and Peggy; her great-grandson, Brantley Baker; and her beloved husband, David Martin Baker. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Sheila Frady and son-in-law, Michael Frady; son, Robert Baker and daughter-in-law Karen Baker; grandchildren, Kristy Furman and husband, Daniel, Austin Frady and fiancé, Tara Cagle, Matthew Baker and wife, Nichole, Megan Hicks and husband, Jake, Molly Rogers and husband, Tyler, and Mitchel Baker; great-grandchildren, Amelie and Haley Baker, Kinsley Baker Ray, Walker Rogers, Blake Rogers and Canaan Baker; brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Linda Baker; her caregiver and good friend, Katie Hadlow and many other friends. Honoring Judy as pallbearers will be Michael Frady, Austin Frady, Daniel Furman, Robert Baker, Matthew Baker and Mitchel Baker.
