Juanita C Swearengin

Funeral services for Juanita C. Swearengin, age 89 will be held at 10:00 a m. Monday, February 25, 2019 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 705 S. Spruce Street, Vivian, LA with Rev. Delbert Terry pastor of the Blanchard Church of the Nazarene officiating. Interment will follow in the Good Exchange Cemetery in McLeod, TX. There will be a time of visitation on Monday, February 25^th beginning at 8:30 a.m. Mrs. Swearengin was born September 15, 1929 in Garland City, AR to Oscar Call and Dorotha McNerlin Call and passed away on February 23, 2019 at her residence. She was a retired florist and a member of the Blanchard Church of the Nazarene. Mrs. Swearengin was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Dorotha Call; husband, James Junior Swearengin; four brothers and one sister. Those left to cherish her memories are her son, Billy R. Swearengin and wife, Brenda of Blanchard, LA; daughters, Susie Smith and husband, John T. of Blanchard, LA and Jo Anne Jones of Blanchard, LA. Mrs. Swearengin is also survived by her sisters, Anne George of Texarkana, AR and Rovine Hickson and husband, Raymond of Genoa, AR; 10 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. Honoring Mrs. Swearengin will be her grandsons, Caleb Lawrence, Zachary Mayes, Robbie Jones, Timothy Smith, Christopher Smith and John Smith, Jr
