Mansfield, LA -- Funeral services for Joyce Ann Young Bennett, 83, will be held Sunday, December 22, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel, Mansfield, Louisiana. Officiating will be Reverend Chucky Clark with burial at Union Springs Cemetery in Converse, Louisiana. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2019 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Rose Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, Louisiana. Mrs. Bennett was born on January 11, 1936 in Stanley, Louisiana to John and Willie Young. She entered into rest on December 19, 2019 in Mansfield, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, William "Billy" Franklin Bennett; brothers, Jessie Young, James Young and Sam Young; sisters, Nancy Ferguson, Johnnie Raines and Faye Clemons. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Mr. Bobby Bennett of Mansfield, Louisiana; daughter, Becky Bennett Stephens and husband Bruce of Natchitoches, Louisiana; grandchildren, Brenda Gentry, Thomas "Ray" Stephens and wife Carmen; great-grandchildren, Stephanie Gentry and Westin Stephens, and a host of nieces and nephews. Serving Mrs. Bennett as pallbearers will be Roger Golden, Matt Golden, Ernie Fegley, Jon Pat Clemons, Don Parker and Robert Shaver.
