Jimmie Cobb Walsworth

Shreveport, LA - Jimmie Cobb Walsworth age 79, passed away on December 5, 2019 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Mrs. Walsworth was born to Richard J. Cobb and Ruby H. Cobb Deal on June 20, 1940 in Shreveport, Louisiana. She graduated from Fair Park High School and she went to work for South Central Bell. She met Thomas Walsworth while they both worked for the telephone company. They were married in 1961. They went on to have two girls that were the loves of their life. She enjoyed traveling and exploring new places. Mrs. Walsworth was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Milton Walsworth; children, Tonya R. Walsworth and fiancé Tony Wilson, Elizabeth A. Walsworth; grandchild, Brittany J. Parker; great grandchildren, MyKynli F. Parker, Jackson W. Parker, and Grayson E. Schultz. It is with great sadness that the family of Jimmie C. Walsworth announce her passing. She will be sadly missed, was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
