Jeffrey Lee Homan

A Memorial Service honoring the life of Jeffrey Lee Homan will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, February 19, 2022, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 1815 Marshall Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Jeffrey Lee Homan was born October 12, 1954 in Pendleton, Indiana and passed away peacefully, Saturday, February 12, 2022 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Jeffrey retired from General Motors in Shreveport, Louisiana after 30 years of loyal service. He had a passion for music and was an accomplished guitarist. Jeffrey loved the great outdoors and just being in nature. He enjoyed fishing and taking his sons on fishing trips. Most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his great-granddaughter.

He is preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Jeremy Homan and Julie Rogers, and Jacob Homan and wife, Savanna; daughter, Melissa Rice and husband, David; sister, Melody Brown and husband, Gene; grandchildren, Brandon Homan and Rachel Homan; great-granddaughter, Aliyah Leigh Taylor; and a host of friends and other family members.
