Jeffrey Dean Frazier

A "Celebration of Life" for Jeffrey Dean Frazier will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Jeffrey was born on January 13, 1962 to John and Pat Frazier in Lima, Ohio and passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 in Shreveport. Jeffrey was a resident of Shreveport. He was an accomplished saxophonist as well as a master automotive technician for 40 years. Jeff was a follower of God and served in the Worship Ministry the past six years at North Keithville Baptist Church. He was passionate about music education and sharing his love of music with others. He is preceded in death by his father, John Frazier; brother, Gregory Frazier; and sister, Barbara Ann Frazier. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 40 years, Rose Frazier; mother, Pat Frazier; son, John Michael Frazier and wife, Glenda; and daughter, Lashae Joslin and husband, Greg; brother, Mike Frazier; and sister, Lisa Copeland and husband, Luther; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The family would like to express special thanks to the EMTs and Fire Department for their efforts to save Jeffrey's life. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to the North DeSoto Middle School Band Program, 2573 US-171, Stonewall, Louisiana 71078.
