Jeffery Pierite

Jeffery Pierite, age 62, of Marksville, passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at the Valley View Health Care Facility in Mansura, Louisiana.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Rose Mary Pierite of Marksville; four stepchildren, Damon Wilcoxen, James Ricard, Perlicia Ricard, and Oceanna Ricard; six step grandchildren, Kadeidra Fikes, Aliza Wilcoxen, Zaire Wilcoxen, Diamond Wilcoxen and Lechaiuvece Wilcoxen; two half-brothers; his half-sister, Charlene Pierite; his niece, Erica Pierite; and a host of aunts, uncles, extended family, and friends.

Jeffery was proceeded in death by his wife, Kathy Jacob Pierite; his father, Percy Pierite; maternal grandparents, Percy "Slog" Sr. and Adene Pierite; and brother Eric Pierite.

Although words cannot fully capture a person's life, those who knew Jeffery will remember him in their own special way. May his memory be a source of comfort and peace to all who loved him.
