Jeannine was a faithful and lifetime member of First Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher and served numerous committees. She will be remembered for her extreme generosity and unfailing willingness to help those in need. She was well-known for her delicious chocolate pie and coconut cake, but being "Gran" to her three grandchildren was the true joy of her life. Jeannine Miller was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harry Miller, sisters Montie Bill Haley and Carolyn McDaniel, and nephew Keith Bays. She is survived by her son Dr. Mark Miller and wife Doris of Kilgore, Texas, grandchildren Preston Miller of Dallas, Austin Miller and wife Alli of Kilgore, and Anna Grace Miller of Fort Worth, nieces Kelly Kennedy and husband Tim od Minden, and Deannine Haley of Benton, Arkansas, and brother-in-law Jim McDaniel of Minden. Private burial will be at the family cemetery, Graceland Gardens. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Building Fund at 301 Pennsylvania Ave. or to Louisiana Baptist Children's Home P.O. Box 4196, Monroe, Louisiana 71211. Thank you for loving our Mom and Gran. "His Lord said unto him, well done, thou good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things; enter thou into the joy of the Lord."
