Funeral services for Janet Plunkett Green will be held Friday, August 31, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Dr. Randy Hales officiating. Interment will follow at Martin Cemetery in Martin, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Janet was born March 7, 1969 in Shreveport, Louisiana and entered into rest August 28, 2018 in Arcadia, Louisiana. Janet loved karate, photography, crochet, reading, fishing, traveling, family and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; John "Red" Plunkett and Marie Plunkett.
She is survived by her husband of 17 years; Mark Green, sons; Jonathan Green, Matthew and Domenica Green, daughters; Lindsey and James Dorsett, Lacey Green, and Meghan and Jeremy Graves, grandchildren; Kyla, William, Jacob and Lillian Dorsett, Tra Green, Jason and Kaylee Green, Skyle, Izabella, Jaylan, Hunter, Wade, and Annaliese Graves, and Ryleigh Green, siblings; Scotty and Deborah Plunkett, Johnny Plunkett, and Tina Plunkett.
Pallbearers will be Tracy Rowell, Matthew Green, Jonathon Green, Chris Walker Chase Green and Bobby Young.
