James Ralph Woods

James Ralph Woods, 93, was born on July 17, 1932 to Irvin Woods and Iva Cates Woods in Marshall, Texas and passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025 in Belmont, Louisiana.

James is preceded in death by his wife, Margie Woods; parents, Irvin and Iva Woods; and daughter, Carla Harrleson. He is survived by his daughters, Julie Binnion and husband, Mark, of Utah and Leigh Peterson and husband, Joe, of Belmont, Louisiana; and numerous family, friends, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Services and care were provided to the family by Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Many, Louisiana.
